Dr. Erna Herzfeldt is an ACC and BCC-certified personal development and leadership coach and adjunct lecturer for leadership development and organizational behavior at the UCF College of Business. She has lived and worked in five countries, has authored and co-authored various journal articles and book chapters, and presented her work at international Psychology and Management Conferences. She focuses on organizational behavior-related topics such as leadership development, stress management, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset. She is passionate about helping organizations and individuals thrive, develop their authentic potential, and achieve their goals.
